Mary’s skills span a broad range of issues including entity structure, cash flow management, compensation arrangements, and planning. She applies her knowledge to the manufacturing and service industries, but she is most often recognized for her activities in the healthcare industry.
A native of Hazard, Kentucky and a graduate of Georgia State University, Mary has practiced public accounting in Atlanta and Chicago and purchased companies as an associate with a venture capital firm in Chicago.
